Know These 6 Ways to Live a Fulfilled Life.

1. Control your thoughts when you are alone. Your thoughts manifest into realities.

2. Control your tongue when you are with friends. Your words have so much power and people can use them against you.

3. Control your decisions when you are angry. Anger is a temporal thing but the decisions you make when you are angry can have lifelong effect.

4. Pay attention to your behaviour when you sit in a group. Maintain a respectful attitude to others even during stressful times. Don't disrespect anyone, use appropriate language, apologise for errors or misunderstandings, and keep your personal opinions of others private.

5. Control your pride when someone praises you. Pride is po!son for your soul and can create an inflated self-image with negative after effect.

6. Control your emotions when someone say something wrong about you. It can be a trap intentionally set to capture you. If you control your emotions, you can figure out how to deal with problematic events and difficult situations and come to reasonable solutions.

How to Be Mentally and Emotionally Strong.

Apply Prof Clough (Strycharczyk & Clough) four traits of mental toughness, which he calls the 4C's: Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence.

1. Control
This is the extent to which you feel you are in control of your life, including your emotions and sense of life purpose.

2. Commitment
This is the extent of your personal focus and reliability. To be high on the Commitment scale is to be able to effectively set goals and consistently achieve them, without getting distracted. A high Commitment level indicates that you're good at establishing routines and habits that cultivate success.

3. Challenge
This is the extent to which you are driven and adaptable. You are driven to achieve your personal goals, and you see challenges, change, and adversity as opportunities or temporal obstacles rather than threats; you are likely to be flexible and agile.

4. Confidence
This is the extent to which you believe in your ability to be productive and capable; it is your self-belief and the belief that you can influence others. You need to believe that you will successfully complete tasks, and to take setbacks in stride while maintaining routine and even strengthening your resolve.
