Let Africa stop the blame game

In as much as I agree that we are not customizing our education system to fit our needs, all challenges we have are not due to white or colonization.  The fault is not in our destiny but in our mind.
By reasons best know to us, Africans train less than 1/3 of their best brains and those trained, more than 2/3 are currently building colonial máster economy. Is that white man's fault?
More than 2/3 of the little riches and wealth Africans are kept in developed nations. Is that  white man's fault.?
Everybody especially the rich loves his own people globally but a rich black man loves white people than his own black man.
Before now a USA company has predicted that Naira will massively be devalued in August. You know why?
Everybody and I repeat again, Everybody that has access to free money in Nigeria will make sure the family go for summer where and why? They will change dollar at any amount because they have not worked for the money.
Nigeria introduced quota system and people abused it. Go and find the benefit of quota system on Nigeria development and growth in the last 40 years. Is this system by the white? No.

Unless we correctly diagnose our challenges, the solution will remain a mirage and an illusion.
Black has the best brain but when they are here we relegate them to monetity but when the white picks them up and polishes them we are quick to celebrate as one on the black.
Let us look inward for causes of some our problems and stop looking for scapegoat.
Cars were assembled in Nigeria in the past and instead of educating our best brain to understudy car making and assembly, sentiment and quota system and federal character did not allow us to achieve these.
Most of the white diplomats in Africa countries work for their home countries for what can be of benefit to them. But our diplomats selected based on quota and sentiment work only for their masters .
Tell me what technology transfer any Nigeria diplomat has brought to this country.
Chinese diplomat will invite their young best brain to come and study Africa and product what we need.
They world is at our disposal but we continue to blame the white. Why and why.
*There is nothing the white is achieving that the  black Africa cannot achieve but our mentality about life is preventing us and not the white.*

With all seriousness Many Africa countries can develop massively withn 20 to 50 years. But is our seriousness toward that goal or for individual materialistic mentality.

Nobody will call Africans and say please come and learn how to make car. Nobody has ever done that to anyone.
You strategize to acquire knowledge power, grown and development.

And I don't think there is any conception on that yet.

One of the major problems of black Africa is reading. We have not yet appreciated the power of reading to the development of mind brain and inner spirit to tap into the unknown knowledge of unseen.

By now Oyo State would have be producing cars and diversify to producing different types of vehicles
