WHY do muscles hurt after exercise?
Delayed muscle pain occurs the day after exercise and can build up over 2-3 days. It is caused by micro-tears in muscle fibers.
Lingering muscle pain is accompanied by muscle inflammation. As you work out, the lagged muscle pain syndrome weakens.

Pancreatic Breathing Exercise
1️⃣ Draw more air into your chest, then exhale all of it and hold your breath.
2️⃣ While holding your breath, tighten your belly slightly, count slowly to three, and then loosen your abdominal muscles.
If you do this exercise 10 times a day, it will help to strengthen the pancreas and get rid of some ailments.
