10 Best Techniques to Boost Your Self-confidence.
1. Talk slowly. Talking slowly command authority. So, ensure you don't rush in your talks.

2. Set and accomplish small goals. Set yourself a goal, such as joining an exercise class or going to a social occasion. Achieving small goals will help to increase your self-esteem.

3. Walk 25% faster. Walk as someone who is on a mission. The pace at which you walk can say a lot about your personality. Your body's action is a result of mind action.

4. Dress nicely. It must not be expensive and fashionable attire but properly fitted and neat.

5. Empower yourself with knowledge. Knowledge is one of the best strategies for building self-confidence. But ensure you apply the knowledge.

6. Be a front seater. Back seats usually fill up first in any meeting, which means that many people lack confidence. Stop hiding at the back use sitting in the front to build your confidence.

7. Practice making eye contact. If your culture or you are not okay with this, move on please (no room for bad energy please). Making eye contact makes your presence known, and projects high self-esteem. This will encourage others to listen to you, and may even open doors, as you will be more able to demonstrate your capability and self-assurance in what you do.

8. Eat healthy foods. Fix your metabolic health. Eat meat, eggs, fruits, vegetables, etc.

9. Practice making a contribution in every meeting. When you are in a meeting. Speak, make a suggestion, ask a question and never worry about looking foolish.

10. Fix your voice.  When you are speaking, don't mumble, don't speak fast, don't be afraid to pause, don't talk from your throat, don't say "like" or "um" too much and you will sound much more confident.
