Leadership role in determining the decisions, choices and actions of followers.

Now, you have come to learn what I have been saying that leadership has a major role to play in determining the  decisions, choices and actions of followers.

You have come to term with my teaching that revolves around the sayings of great leadership experts like John Maxwell who said:

1. Leadership is influence.
2. Everything rises and falls on leadership.

And, the saying of Dr. Myles Munroe which is:

3. So goes the leader, so goes the followers.

And the saying of Jesus that:

4. Strike the Shepherd and the sheep will scatter.
5. If the blind leads the blind they will both go into the ditch.

And the Yorùbá proverb that said:

6. Orí l'ẹja ti ń rà.

I can see that BAT's performance has influence your understanding tremendously more than the days of Búbù to know, understand and change your perspective from the popular belief that "a people produce the kind of leader they deserve". In spite of all my teachings that leadership is different from followership, you didn't understand until BAT begins to perform to prove validate my position.

Now, you begin to accept that a leader is not the same as his followers. You have started to accept that a good leader can emerge from bad and corrupt followers. Don't let me rush the process of learning by leaving you to discover what is the difference between leadership and followership.
