And then Governor Bola Tinubu reclaimed this land from the Atlantic Ocean and built a brand new city that never existed before-Eko Atlantic City. This new city is now the most expensive real estate in Sub-Saharan Africa and among Africa's top three most highly prized neighbourhoods.
Eko Atlantic City did not exist in 1999. In 2025, it is worth $6 billion. And guess what? The entire GDP of Anambra State is also $6 billion. Assume I am lying and fact-check me.
And yet, you are telling Nigerians that Peter Obi, a man who spent eight years as Anambra Governor without building a single nursery, primary, or secondary school and university, is a better alternative to a man who added the entire value of the economy of Anambra to Nigeria?
