A type of arthritis that occurs when flexible tissue at the ends of bones wears down.
The wearing down of the protective tissue at the ends of bones (cartilage) occurs gradually and worsens over time.
Joint pain in the hands, neck, lower back, knees or hips is the most common symptom.
Dietary Changes :- A diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods can be beneficial for managing osteoarthritis. Foods like fatty fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and beans can help reduce inflammation and improve joint health. Conversely, limiting processed foods, sugar, and excessive salt can also help manage symptoms
Treatment:- Osteoarthritis can't be reversed, but treatments can reduce pain and help you move better.
