The lady is Dr Bolanle Aseyan from Kabba in Kogi State, an alumni of LASUTH.

She met Dr Olufunmilayo (OurFavOnlineDoctor) on Twitter on November 2019. They started talking and somehow later fell in love. In 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, she pressured Dr Olufunmilayo to arrange for her to come over to the UK.

He agreed, since he loved her. She started applying for VISA and was eventually granted. Dr Olufunmilayo paid for the flight. They met. She lived in his house for months.They had consensual sex several times.She paid no bills. Feeding, accommodation, light, water , wifi
heating, everything was paid by Dr Olufunmilayo.

Somewhere along the line, the relationship went sour. She displayed  character Dr Olufunmilayo could not put up with in a life partner and he decided to call off the relationship.

The first thing Dr Bola Aseyan
did was run to the UK Metropolitan police to accuse him of rape and domestic violence. Dr Olufunmilayo was arrested and the matter was alacritously investigated but found to be false.
Embittered and feeling defeated, Dr Bola Aseyan moved straight to the UK General Medical Council with an aim to have his license withdrawn and him deported. The GMC accepted the case and passed it to the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS).

MPTS have been sitting on it since 2020.

Today 19th July,2023,  MPTS has finally proven Dr Olufunmilayo innocent of all accusations and fully fit to practice.

This might seem like victory but it can't be called victory until the false accuser Dr Bola Aseyan faces punishment for false accusation and attempted destruction of a man's life.

-3 years of emotional torture
-3 years of career stagnation
-3 years of financial downturn
-3 years of mental starvation
-3 years forced social media break

Just because of one false accuastaion.

May Bolanle Aseyan not happen to you or your family members.

Many reasons to know a potential life partner and family very well before deep involvement. Those days, parents do fact finding to make sure no mental illness, Seizure disorder etc or wayward behavior exist before they allow their ward to marry each other. This internet dating is a disaster from day 1 as people hide their true color and motive as in this case to get to the UK. I suspect things went south when there was no free lunch anymore or personality clash. Can't imagine what the guy went through for 3+ years.
Something close happened to one of my ex federal school friend. Met a beautiful girl on a trip to Warri from Canada , feel in love, girl got pregnant so he arrange relocation to Canada. After a year , things went sour, got kicked out of his house, lady got custody of son and a year later the lady is married to a Warri guy she brought in. MOTIVE...........
Back to the original post: Now that he has been exonerated, he should sue her for false accusations / libel, emotional,mental and financial suffering and also make her refund all legal fees before prosecuting for punishment.

It is even more unbearable  coming from a medical doctor.
Three years  of mental and physical  trauma coupled being a societal  outcast only to found not guilty!
That lady deserves punishment  from the same court she ran to to punishment an innocent  person. Make no mistake, those who commit rape, whether male or female deserves  extreme punishment.  Left to me life in jail will be the minimum. In same vein those who accuse people innocently  to exact revenge should  be punished for the pain, loss of carrier, and fallout of their misadventures.
